Soundgarden Return To Active Status

Soundgarden have announced that they are returning this year, marking the first time the band has been rejoined since their last show in 1998. Chris Cornell broke the news on his Twitter page. While details are still scare on what this actually means in regards to new music or tour dates, with Cornell's Twitter following breaking 1.4 million users you can bet future announcements will be made through that account.
